Running Day 1

Started the running program today. Easy-Peasy!
10 Min walk
6 min alternating running and walking every minute.
4 min walk

Afterwards, we were still pumped & we did the entire circuit room. We felt great & I powered hard! Stoked!
Went for a swim afterwards. And earlier in the day we hit a few at the driving range. Overall, very productive day!
